Harbortown Point has three different floor plans and two different floating seasons. The units are Mariner, Islander and Voyager.
The seasons are Floating High Prime Summer and Floating High/Mid Fall, Winter, Spring. The High Prime and High/Mid seasons are currently designated as Red with both II and RCI exchanges and rated Five Star and Gold Crown.
